My Order Is Not Processing Properly?

You need to make certain that your credit card billing address is correct. If you are completely satisfied that you should be getting your order processed normally and are still having trouble, please continue down this list of options.
  1. If you're still having problems, then I need you to check that billing information one more time. Correct spelling and capitalization matter!
  2. Sometimes your banking information hasn't caught up yet if you've moved recently, so you might want to try using your previous address.
  3. Still getting a rejected from our cart? Perhaps you should try a different card.
  4. If you don't have another working card and nothing else has worked, please call us TOLL FREE (for United States residents only) at 1-888-687-4478 between the Central Time hours of 9am to 6pm.

Company Return Policy

Since each of your shirts are made to order, there will be a restocking fee applied to all orders that are returned for any reason that is not our fault as a company. Shipping fees are never refundable. These fees are as follows:

These are some really cool shirts here, but I like my shirts on the back and shoulders of the shirts I wear.

We can easily put our excellent t-shirt designs on the back of any of the tees you purchase, so feel free to leave a message for us in the comment section of your order form that back-printed shirts are what you want, and we will do that for you at no charge.

Why shouldn't I just go buy a cheaper shirt from BRAND X? / Are these shirts worth the money or will they just wear out on me?

These shirts are of the best quality available! We hunted around for the best shirt supplier we found, and we stand behind the excellent quality of these 100% cotton, preshrunk shirts!

I would really love to get some shirts, but I don't feel comfortable giving out my credit card information on the Internet. Are there other payment options like money orders?

We definitely want your business! We understand that not everyone has a credit or debit card, so we will definitely take your order with a money order! Here's how...
  1. It's time to go shopping! Pick out everything you want to buy and determine the sizes and colors for those chosen items. We'll need you to send us an email with all of that information, a message about why you want to order through the mail, and your shipping address. You can email us by going to THIS LINK.
  2. We will quickly send you a return email that will have all of the information you need. Our shipping address and the total cost of your purchase plus shipping being the primary items of note.
  3. Print off the invoice, put it in an envelope with your money order, address the envelope with the address we provided you, and drop the envelope in the mail. When we get your mail, we'll ship your shirts! So easy!

We are determined not to be just some random shirt store on the Internet that pumps out a shoddy product and expects people to come back for seconds. While we do sell slim fit t-shirts for those of you who prefer them, the rest of our product is made with 6.1 oz cotton tees. That's quality that you can feel.

How long does it take to get my shirts after my order is placed?

There are lots of companies out there that will wait upwards of two weeks before they process your order and ship it, but that's not how we do things around here. We always ship within 24 hours of getting a customer's order. Your order will be moved through our system during regular business hours. Those hours are 7 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, central standard time and excludes all USPS recognized holidays. Your order will ship the day after processing. If you place your order on a weekend, then that means your order will be moved through the system on Monday and shipped out on a Tuesday. Almost all of the product we sell is in stock and waiting for you to order it so that we can send it to you right away, but on rare occasions we may be out of stock on the shirts you want. Even if we have to reorder supplies, this will only set your order back a couple of days and you will still receive your purchases much faster than if you had ordered from some other site.

Everyone wants their packages shipped quick, and we're sure to oblige. Some people need their shirts even quicker, though. That's why there are three different shipping types, one of which is sure to satisfy your specific needs.

In our effort to provide the most options available to our customers, people who live within the Continental United States of America have three separate speeds at which they can choose to have their package sent.

  1. Standard Shipments are faster than almost anyone else out there because of our fast processing, making our shipments in only THREE to EIGHT business days.
  2. Expedited Shipping is our second fastest speed, at just 2-3 Postal Shipping Days.
  3. Express Shipping is where you should turn for instances when you have to buy that perfect, last-minute gift. Your shirt will get there in time with this shipping speed, at just 1-2 working days.
As a SPECIAL NOTE OF INTEREST, packages that are shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent using Priority Mail and can be expected to get to you in 5 to 10 business days. These delivery times are mere approximations, due to the fact that we cannot predict shipping delays associated with the U.S.P.S. or with stocking times when supplies are out. You can choose to give your e-mail address to us when you place your order, and we will e-mail the shipping info to you at the time your order ships. Sorry, but this service is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and orders outside of the U.S.

We are very proud to offer our excellent products to the International customers in Norway, Canada, Sweden, Britain, North Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and The Netherlands. for those using our International Shipping options, please be patient and allow for 4 to 8 weeks for your order to reach you. This is especially true during the Holiday shipping rush. If you were to contact us with complaints after not getting your shirt within a week of ordering it, we will politely point to this FAQ page and tell you that it takes FOUR to EIGHT weeks for delivery. Much to our regret, we cannot offer tracking information for International mail at this time.

We have a legal responsibility to provide a complete inventory of your package's contents, and the cost value of each items. We are sorry, but even marking your delivery as a "gift" will still require this information. It is also very possible that there will be additional Customs fees associated with your shipment. We have no way of knowing what these charges may be, if any. If you are ordering Internationally, please call your local CUSTOMS Agent to answer all of your pertinent questions on the topic.
